Asurion experts use the Remote Expert platform to conduct their work (tech growth and support), using various communication methods with customers. The platform lets experts communicate with customers coming from both web and mobile apps.

The Remote Expert SDK is a layer that hosts can add to their mobile and web apps to expose Asurion’s services: claims, talking with experts, learning more about technology, and finding answers. Online Playground

Our dev sandbox hosts a 'dummy' version of the SDK, which you can use to see what to expect after intergration. Click the floating experts bubble on the bottom right of the screen to start a chat and interact with the SDK. Our developers will be the experts answering you in this version!
