During UAT

Contact us via email at anywhereexpert-sdk@soluto.com. Please provide a full list of spotted issues and defined priority for solution.

Production issue

Contact ATOC. Please be sure to include session, customer, and expert ids to allow investigation.

Who will handle the request ?

The relevant team's on-duty devs, according to the issue and ATOC runbook.

SLA for response

According to ATOC issue priority (P1, P2 etc).

Report bugs or feature requests

Please reach out in the slack support channel with a description of the bug.
